·        Post relevant and interesting material.
Instead of posting random jokes or irrelevant facts, try to post only material that pertains to your auto dealership and the automotive industry.  The best way to use Facebook is to get people engaged in the material you’re posting.  Ask questions of your fans and invite questions from them, as well.  Post calls to action, links to blog posts, and photos of your facilities.  Be thoughtful about what you post and your fans will reward you with their interest.

If someone comments on your Facebook posts, it’s important that you respond right away.  When it comes to social media, there’s a very short shelf life for unanswered comments and questions.
